Boris: This base is a bargain and a half

This is one solid well built umbrella base. Twice the cost would still be a fair price. The pole is 1 5 8 I.D. 3 16 wall pipe, with machined threads. Not the flimsy thin wall tubing seen on some other brands. Very stout. The iron is a nice casting with no discernible cosmetic defects.
